I just purchased some land and the adjacent property is for sale as well. The guy selling said I could have a finders fee, so here I am. It's 248 acres for sale that's almost 100% wooded (game cam pics available but I'm not sure on how recent). Two lakes. Small one is 4 or so acres and the large one is 15 or so acres. I've walked my little plot next to this one and I've seen plenty of deer and hog tracks and scat. My waterfowl lease is also within 10 miles of this, so I know there are a significant amount of waterfowl in the general area.
