Does anybody know who owns the range? I know that rifles only uses it but I don't think they own it. I'd like to use it if possible.

Yes, it's called the Rifle Ranch. It is a private facility, and is not open to public at all. I know the owner well, and have shot out there many times. They hold some shooting events, but it's a private facility.

I live close to it. About 6 miles actually. Who owns it? Is he a local? If he's local, chances are I know him.
