Which do you prefer? We have lots of both out here at Ox Hunting Ranch!

Should have made a poll. I like a few non typical points but deer like the 2nd one just look trashy to me. I'd rather shoot the one on top

The one on the bottom looks like it needs to be taken out of the herd due to bad genetics imo.

Definitely typical unless it's something like split brows or muley forks on the G2's. I don't get into all the freaky stuff.

Bottom deer is butt ugly IMO. I like a typical over that any day . I do like some non-typicals that have a cleaner symmetrical look...matched mule deer forks or matched kickers.

Typical or a non typical with a typical frame and some trash. I prefer mass over everything else

I prefer a symmetrical typical my dream deer would be a 7x7. As far as non typical a go I am not a fan of the crazy HF freaks but do like deer with spits and kickers or the extra main beam.

I like all the above. I would really like the non-typical if it were just a free range deer from a native herd, not one that was raised and bred to be that way and released. I wouldn't turn either one of them down though.

I like both. But I don't want a nontypical out of a breeder pen.

I would choose the typical but would be happy to kill either if it's a wild buck and not pen raised to maturity. cheers
