You could probably try. Worst they could say is "too late". Thought they had the system down all day on Wednesday.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

What do you mean too late? You can still submit paperwork can't you? You just have to provide finger print and photo id right? So they can do background check on the people in your trust?

I believe you are correct. The online eForm was down Monday & Tuesday (not surprised). The ATF did publish a note on Tuesday afternoon around 3:00 PM that they would accept a paper form 1. The note stated they would process the paper form pre 41P changes, if the documents were postmarked before the 13th. Needless to say I made a mad dash to post office on Tuesday to mail my paper form 1.

Too late to purchase NFA without being under the new guidelines of 41P/F. You can still purchase you just have to follow the new rules, which suck for anybody with a trust. I bought one this weekend but needed another, now the five people on my trust will all have to submit the extra stuff. Thanks, Obama.

Are the pictures so they can recognize you when they show up on your doorstep to confiscate the NFA items?

Cant you just start a new trust with only one "responsible person" and then add people later? There is no notification requirement for additions to parties in a trust.

Actually you are correct in some ways.....Sean Cody an attorney out of Houston is a good one to use for a new trust. A lot of people with prior 41F trusts are having a new trust made with new individuals on that trust. Like I said call the attorney you had do your trust or Sean Cody is a good one to use for NFA trusts. Cant you just start a new trust with only one "responsible person" and then add people later? There is no notification requirement for additions to parties in a trust.
Shhhhhhhh better to be quiet than remove all doubt..
