Hey all, Ive posted about my search for new blinds.... today I found a couple a very reasonably priced nature blinds a year old I went to look at them.... I had the cash in hand and trailer ready to go.... they were more expensive than the metal blinds or the fiberglass blinds but hey ... they are nature blinds right....? Here is the question.... The doors were badly warped and would not seal well... After looking really closely the gaps in the warping or sealing of the windows (lack of) lead me to leave them and drive home with my money.

My question... is this Normal? or were these bad examples? The metal blinds Ive looked at have good sealing doors and windows... less critter infiltration which is an issue for my wife and daughter...

Anyone else have this or see this kind of warping with the doors etc...?

Plastic she'll blinds can have issues like this. Doors and windows left open and other causes will do this. Often when it gets hot issues occur. But they can be remedied many times with proper force, support and heat.

I think if there was such a thing as neighborhood hunting where your equipment really had to blend in and not be seen, I could see the premium for those blinds. Consider all of the different sizes, colors, shapes etc of the blinds that show up on here and I just don't see needing something that so perfectly blends in to be successful. I do agree though they are very neat looking blinds.

I haven't seen many bad reviews about the Nature Blinds and haven't read anywhere about warping. Granted, I haven't looked through all the reviews, but had a buddy that bought one and we were doing some research because of the cost.
