Anybody have a takeoff sporter barrel for a savage /Stevens. Building a deer gun for my daughter. I have 3 .270 barrels if anybody needs them. Or if anybody has a actual Savage/Stevens 7mm08 that is inexpensive, I could go that way too.

I have a brand new Mcgowen custom barrel in 7mm08 I was going to use for a project but I haven't got around to it and would sell it.
It's a 17" lightweight barrel that is tapered and flared at the muzzle and threaded to be able to accept a suppressor.
It is in stainless and could be cerakoted or like I have done on some AR barrels, spray painted in high temperature flat black.
My cost was 375
I would sell it to you for 200 for your daughter.

How about a Savage 6.5 Creedmoore barrel? It's a take-off barrel from a gun that I rebarrelled for a customer and it's only had 20 rds. through it. I'd take $75 + shipping unless we can set up an express.
You don't get to be old by being stupid, but I made it to middle age!
