We're they stolen from the rightful owner by the zetas?
Coahulia is zeta stronghold. Many ranches were forced to sell at Rock bottom price or die.

That is in our neighborhood. Great area. Good luck on finding hunters, there is nothing quite like hunting old Mexico. Lots of chatter by those that have never been there. They hear about this or that. I can tell you from experience, Mexico can be as safe or as dangerous as you make it.
What are the housing accommodations? Cowboys on the ranch?

As safe as you make it went out the window about 6 years ago. zaragoza is about 10 miles from the border,piedra Negras, not worth the risk for me.
I would proceed with caution. I would be willing to put my time in.Mexico up against anyone.
