So our family ranch is on the market. Its great for a large family or a corporate retreat and it has a 5000'+ long paved runway. The deer that's in my sig was shot on the south pasture. Just trying to do my part to get the word out.

Such a great place. It's not a great hunting place as much as a retreat, correct? Just looking at the lawn, what are your annual expenses to keep the place up. Just curious. I know if you have to ask you can't afford it. But people with money are the most frugal people I know.

The hunting's pretty good. Our family bird hunts quite a bit so the two large buildings to the west are more for entertainment although they do have bedrooms. This place is awesome but we don't go out there near enough and your right utilities ain't cheap. Lets just say we've drilled for water wells several times knowing the chances of hitting ground water were pretty small. With all of the lodging (17 beds) and amenities its not for everyone but for the right family or company it's one incredible property. Thanks for the kind words.

By the way not all of that is lawn!! That's due to all of the rain we've had this year. Greenest I've ever seen.
