Can a crossbow be used on the Archery Draw hunts?

Some you can, some you can't. You can look at the hunt brochure for the individual hunt location, or you can call them.

In 2015 Archery Draws hunts all Archery equipment was put under one listing, so crossbow hunts are no longer listed separate.

To answer your question, yes you can use crossbow in the archery draw hunts.

When looking at the hunts some have a column Only Means Allowed or Not Allowed. If it says All Archery, then yes crossbows are allowed. There is one hunt for example Mason Mnt Javelina that reads Compound, Recurve and Longbows as only means allowed. Crossbows could not be used on that hunt.

This.
Look at the weapons allowed. I'm willing to bet there will be some archery hunts that won't allow a crossbow.
