Looking for a deer/turkey/dove annual hunting lease around 500+ acres. A general westerly boundary line would be from Seymour on the north to Coleman on the south for about 3 hours from Dallas. Would have 3 adult hunters that are respectful to the landowner and game management.

The Foard County Lease would be perfect but the distance is too far.
