I ordered a Rtic cooler two months ago. When I paid for it I got an email saying it will ship on June 28. I have not gotten any other kind of email from then since the day of purchase. Did anyone that has one have the same experience or was the wait longer?

No new news there, I gave up, got my money back. Go to Walmart and get a Ozark.

Keep us posted, because I just ordered two this evening. One says it should ship by 9/12, and the other 08/06. I'm really in no hurry, especially for the price, but would be interested to know if those dates mean anything.

I went back to the email and did the tracking thing and now they are saying 8/3 is the estimated ship date

You'll be happy once you get it. Mine has been good and I'm in the process of making a floating cradle to set it in for our upcoming river trip.

Ordered one back in mid-May and originally said to be shipped June 30. Took a look at my purchase confirmation # and now it says August 6 for shipping. If it changes again I will probably cancel and go with another option, just wanted it before hunting season begins.

They bumped my shipment once as well, but finally got it. Seems to be their MO. Push people at least one time. But for the price it's a great cooler.

Must have gotten Lucky ordered mine around may 10 and got it by end of May. Ordered white because I was told they ship fastest.

We ordered the soft side 20 in early april with an estimated ship date of 06/1 and got it mid June. The wife called them and gave them the order number early last month and they confirmed a tighter window for delivery.

I would have rather had tan but I got the white one within a couple of weeks. So I'm good with that. Will be ordering another one but bigger and tan next but it's not an immediate need just as long as it's by deer season.

I didn't really care about the color I just got the biggest one they offered. I didn't figure color would have a difference. I could have spray painted it ran lol

I ordered my 20 in white in May, I actually got it 2 weeks earlier than they estimated. I think the hold up is that buc-ees is dropping yeti completely and going with RTIC exclusively. They are probably filling those orders first. I do like mine.

Just a heads up, I contacted RTIC about the "ship to date" that the site shows to see if it may come earlier as a previous post said. They informed me that the date that they show is the earliest scheduled ship date and that it was a range of two weeks after that it would ship by - they just don't communicate that. That's about 3-4 weeks after the date estimate when it was originally purchased first week of June. Now have delivery by mid-August.

I got a Magellan from academy and it's been great was $199

So these are online order only? I saw a pic of their tumblers in a store, but no coolers.

Mine finally came yesterday! It shipped on the estimated ship date from when I checked last in July but it was originally supposed to ship in July. Been working haven't gotten to try it yet.. Going fishing Tuesday so I will see how well it does

Got my 65 Tan after they changed the ship date. Took 2 1/2 months. Ordered a 40 soft side and two days before it came in I saw the same soft sided coolers for sale at Buccees in Terrell for the same price. Great coolers.

Ordered my 65 tan in June. Was scheduled to arrive by July 4, then was moved back to August 9. When it didn't ship by August 10, I contacted RTIC. The girl told me it would be another 2 weeks. I told her it was infuriating that they kept moving the ship date. Her only response was "You may cancel your order anytime before it ships." Apparently they could care less about any one person's business. That said, the cooler did ship out on the 12th and it seems like pretty good quality. The fit and finish is not quite as good as a Yeti, but after it rides in my truck for a season I wont notice the difference. If it holds up like a Yeti then then its probably worth 199.

Bottom line: Pretty good quality but their customer service was lacking in my experience and I would expect a month (probably more) to be added to any advertised ship date.

I submitted a very similar review to RTIC's website but I doubt that they post it.

My neighbor had one delivered to him about 2 weeks ago, not sure when it was ordered. He is in Colorado and will be there till end of Sept. meanwhile cooler is in my garage.

Picking one up tomorrow. I hope it works well.
