Thanks gents. Pretty exciting to see the place so green in July. The memory of the 2011 "scorched earth" drought is still fresh in my mind.

Sure is green, increased fire danger this year, or late summer I bet. Watch those cat converters!! Good looking country Kevin

Nice pics!
The wet spring is great, but I sure with the conditions would hold. I already have cracks in my yard at the house south of san Antonio, it may decide to fall flat on its nose.

Yep, it's going to be an excellent deer season with all the early feed growing out there.

Looked like some good fishing Unfortunately both those tanks lost their fish in 2011. Haven't been re-stocked since, just perch and mud cats in them for now. Maybe this year if the water holds. Outstanding Pics...Wet Spring will mean a good year Sir I believe you're right Sniper. I anticipate some good buck pics being shared this season. Nice pics!

Yep, it doesn't take long to brown out in these 100-degree temps. Sure would be great to get 1/4 inch every few weeks. Protein consumption was down from normal, but I'm betting it will take off here in a week or two as all the baby green stuff dies off.

Yep, we had let our protein usage go way down while it was raining but we are ramping it back up now that stuff is drying out.
