I've mentioned before how good the catfish is at this place, and we eat it at least once a week. OK, so the catfish is the best in the Galaxy, but last night she brought home one of their burgers, a 'Build your own' with grilled japs and onions. It's now my favorite burger joint too.

It's hand formed patty, and I think they grind their own beef, and get this, the meat is seasoned, and it tastes great all by itself. It's delivered to you on a big bed of hand cut fresh fries, also really good. The bun was big and soft and grilled lightly and the onions and japs were grilled and caramelized well. Every piece of the burger was great on its own, but man oh man, together it was like a party in my mouth. It was $9.95 and enough for two.

It's always pretty empty. Kids eat free on Wednesday. It has recently changed hands. Wasn't so good before.

Heck, I been eating there for years, Cast. Didn't know it changed hands till last nite. I did a lot of work on Bonds Ranch years ago and it was handy. Also, El Sombrero in Saginaw is about as good of Mex food as you can get and the beer is so cold its slushy.
