I'm getting ready to switch from U. S. Marshals which I've seen three times to Gone With The Wind which I've seen a hale dozen times and read three times.
Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

I like his show, he goes all over the world eating, drinking and doing cool things all the while telling a story. Do not always agree with his view but he usually looks at both sides.

Bourdain is an A$$HOLE!!!!!!!!!!! I was a crew member on the USS Nashville LPD-13 and we evacuated about 7,000 Americans from Lebanon and took them to Cyprus in July 2006 and Bourdain and his film crew were among that number. This man was one of the rudest human beings I ever had to be around. He treated all the sailors and marines like absolute SH*T the entire time he was onboard. You may think he is "cool" but I've been around him. Have you?

That's odd......in one of the books I bought years ago he said he had nothing but admiration and respect for the sailors who helped him out.

I was a Chief Petty Officer on the ship and I personally saw the way he treated the crew. I'm surprised he didn't get his arrogant butt tossed overboard!

I've listened to both of his audiobooks, which he narrates himself. While some of the stuff he wrote about is interesting and entertaining you can smell the douchebag behind the words.

Flags' story does not surprise me. He's always given me a bad vibe.....

Your personal experience with him confirms what I thought about him, and his show.
