Chuck finger ribs seasoned with Fiesta brand fajita seasoning, and browned quick in a little Falfurrias Sweet Cream Butter & olive oil. Love cooking in my Dutch Oven.

Of course, gotta crisp up some bacon to crumble in...
Two hours later, remove the super tender beef and shred. Blend or smash a cup of beans. Crumble bacon and return all back to pot for an hour. Ready to rock.
Ain't gonna lie, it's good! Whipped up some HEB brand Sweet & Spicy Artisan cornbread (just saw for the first time & tried it. I like it A LOT!) I love beans.
