Posting for a friend – This IS NOT my place and I have nothing to do with the lease. I’m just the messenger, so don’t contact me.
400 acre year round lease in Bosque county about 10 – 12 miles SE of the Lake Whitney dam. Mix of farmland (about 80 – 90 acres) and creek bottom with big pecan trees and oaks. Childress Creek runs through the middle of the property. Good population of deer and turkey with a few hogs. I would not expect the dove hunting to be very good. $5000 total for the property and no more than 4 hunters. The leasees will be the only hunters (neither the landowner nor any of their friends or family will be hunting). There is a trailer on the property, but it is not included in the lease price. I believe it could be leased for an additional fee.

Anything East of the Lake Whitney Dam is in Hill county. The Brazos river is the dividing line between Bosque and Hill county.

Yeah, looking at the map its more due south of the dam. The property is about 2 miles west of the Brazos. The NW corner of the property is located at the intersection of RC Grainger Rd (Bosque County Road 3650) and Talbert Ranch Road (Bosque County Road 3550).

It runs NW to SE and is a bit odd shaped. It's narrower at the top (Northwest side) and widens out as it travels to the Southeast.

have called the number multiple time and one of my coworkers we have left messages and no response back really looked like it is what we were looking for within 1 1/2 from home and the price not bad we could take our kids. wanted to look at it this weekend
