Buddy of mine went up to the ranch and found that one of our 350# feeders had developed a hole in the top, allowing for some very deliriously STRONG fermenting corn that needed to be emptied out of the feeder. He shoveled it out and fixed the hole and decided to bait the traps with the Grade 10 Stench Bait. After hunting for hogs in the open field and not seeing anything after the sun had set, he decided to drive by the trap to see if anything had been lured in. Nothing inside the trap, but there was a big momma hog with the two little ones close by. He dropped the momma with a .22 to the head at 40 yards with nothing but headlights to see. Nailed the two little ones with the follow up shots. He recovered the momma and one of the little ones. Next morning there 14 hogs in the trap!!! Grand total of 17 hogs down in 12 hours. He has taken out over 100 hogs in the last 1.5 years. This is our ranch record for hogs in a trap. Previous was 13.
