Looking to buy a bipod for shooting at the bench, in the blind, and prone if I can ever make my way out to take Jason's class. I looked at the Harris brand, but there were several to choose from.
Lead me to the promised land, THF'ers.

What's your budget? Most will likely favor the Harris 6x9

If I had the money I would buy an Atlas. The other best option is Harris 6-9 swivel .

Harris BRM-S 6"-9"

Or an Atlas

I have both, and like both. I have also never damaged either one, and that's saying something. A retired Battalion Chief said "firemen can tear up an anvil with a loaf of light bread."

I have this but the LaRue cannibalized one that's on a QD mount. Spendy but worth it.

I have this one as well and really like it but it would not work on a Remington 700 as it is made for a rail mount.

Um, I use it on my 700. You can get a short rail that mounts where the front swivel stud does. And, you can still have a swivel there if you'd like. I swap mine between several guns.

I have this one as well. The QD makes it easy to swap between rifles. I have one bipod that gets used across ARs, precision bolt gun, and 10/22.

Ha, didn't know they made one. I'll have to get one for my 700s.
