Wanted: ONE gun for 21 acre lease near Adamsville. Exactly 79 miles north of my home near Mansfield dam, Austin. Low fence. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of other low fence land. No water or electricity. Big tank adjoins property, with another smaller tank up front. Approx. 8 acres of pasture up front. Lots of cover with live oak, red oak and cedar. Property slopes down to wet weather creek that has been flowing for many months now. Occasional Axis, Fallow, hog (rarely), turkey and dove. $1500. what direction from Adamsville proper is this located?

know that area well. Lots of deer around. have a friend with a place about 2 miles east of the Baptist church down 127. Have you ever tried the Australian Meat pies at the Down Unda Trading post by the flashing light? Kinda pricey but very tasty!

Can I put 6 guns on it???? that would be a little over 3 acres per person!sure would bring the cost down per hunter.

Property leased... Not to wise guys wanting to put 6 guns on it😉 Every year the wise guys show up. And every year or two I lease it to one nice guy.
