I bought an AIAT and don’t shoot this rifle anymore. So here it goes.
Savage 10FP model
Barrel: Shilen Selected Match in 308, 26”, 1:10 twist. It's the S7 Contourhttp://www.shilen.com/savageBarrels.html
Stock: Bell and Carlson Medalist
NSS PRECISION GROUND HEAVY DUTY RECOIL LUG
NSS SQUARED AND TRUED BARREL NUT
The rifle is in great condition. I removed the scope base and under it is the only slight blemish I see. Once you put a scope on this, you won’t see the blem.
I changed the barrel myself (it’s pretty easy).
The total round count is 1180
All were mild reloads, with no rapid fire string. The barrel has only been cleaned with, guide rode, 1 piece carbon rod, nylon brush, patches and mild solvents.
This rifle is more accurate than I am. Just so you know...With my AIAT and my $3k scope, I'm not shooting any better than this.
Option 1: The rifle with the B&C stock and Harris HB9 Adapter for flat forends $900 $850 $800
Option 2: The rifle with the black factory stock $700 $650 $600
Trades: Glock 26 or 19
Location Allen: Prefer FTF in Cabella's Allen
Black factory stock for option 2
Some targets shot at 100 Yards from bipod: Again, this rifle is more accurate than I am.
BTW, the group sizes are actually smaller. It should be XX-.308 and not -.300 like I’ve done.
