My digital "The Timer" quit working properly I discovered yesterday while at the lease. However Lyssey & Echols in Llano saved the day. The timer was not purchased from them but they readily took back the old timer and gave me a new one. That is great customer service. I do appreciate what they did.

Did you check the 2 AA batteries that are in the Timers?

We have The Timer in all of our feeders and have never had one fail, and many are the older style. Good product, and glad to hear they stand behind them.

I use "The Timer" whenever I can in my builds for that reason. Extremely low failure rate. And, on the off times they do, you can take it to anybody that sells them and they should swap it out, no questions asked. Great product, great warranty and service.
It's the only timer I run in my personal feeders as well. Well worth the cost.

Did you check the 2 AA batteries that are in the Timers? Yes sir, put new batteries in did not help.

I think this one was 7 years old...can't complain about really. If I buy another it will be The Timer.

yep, I ran HCR timers for year and had great customer service until about 5 years ago, when I was told I had to take them or mail them back to HCR for repair or replacement, haven't had very much response with returns. I came across "The Timer" and anytime I have one of the old HCRs fail, I upgrade to "The Timer". I think I have about 6 that haven't missed a beat so far with only needing to change out the AA batteries in the original this past deer season.

I have used the HCR with good results as well then about 2 years ago took 2 to there place in Burnet. They said 1 was okay and replaced battery contacts in the other charged me $2. which was fine. The next week the one they said was okay malfunctioned and thre about 300 lbs. corn on the ground. Contacted them about the problem and never heard anything from them.
I don't think it is the same company it was a few years ago.
