In 1995 four of us hunted with this outfitter in Idaho. He misled us on the private land he had available and tried to convince us that the public land we hunted on was really private and everyone was trespassing. There where a dozen other things that he did too, so we complained until we got our money back, then we contacted the Game Wardens about some of those other things he was doing. Guiding people without a tag, tress trespassing onto private land even selling land he didn't own to hunters telling them they could hunt on his private land for free for life.

Two game wardens came to my house in CA at the time and interviews us. I save everything when booking a hunt and along with my sworn testimony, along with my notes, they where able to get the outfitter to give up his license.

Later he got in trouble for some other things, but I just found out that he is currently in jail for continuing to outfit without a license. Here is the link. Hope it makes all of you as happy as it made me to read this!!!
