Guess they want to rewrite the definition of "Keep and bear arms."
We will see who is armed and who isn't after the Trump election riots take place.

Guess they want to rewrite the definition of "Keep and bear arms."
We will see who is armed and who isn't after the Trump election riots take place. I was thinking that WHEN we build that wall with MX perhaps we should build one between CA and the rest of the country.

What the 9th Circus decided is that concealed carry is not a Constitutional right, and it's not. Nowhere in the Contitution is concealed carry mentioned. Not to defend Kalifornia or the 9th Circus.

I wholeheartedly agree with you, but at the time it was written, no one carried concealed, and they had "scoundrel" laws against concealed carry. Only a "scoundrel" would conceal a weapon. Back then the term "scoundrel" was pretty serious, and could get one hanged. (while I'm here, pictures are hung, people are hanged)

There is a lot of legal precedence behind the 9th Circut decsion. The 600 lb gorilla that they ignored was open carry. Wisconsin went to concealed carry when it's Supreme Court decided that, the State could regulate concealed carry, but had to then allow open carry if concealed carry was banned. Generally the manner that weapons can be carried in public is allowed to be regulated. What can't be banned is the ability to protect yourself.
