Looks great Tim. You must have some secret sources. I can't seem to find any anywhere, not even from Curtis. confused2

Hey Hetman don't mean any disrespect but frankly I changed my filework up because Mike has been copying my filework and lately his listings are almost word for word the same as mine. Mentioning him on my thresd will get you nothing. Yall should really get out more and do your own thing! You know bring your own flair to the table

I don't copy ANYONE and ALL of my designs were drawn, cut, profiled, fileworked and finished by my hands I do EVERYTHING including hollowgrinds freehand! Heck they couldn't believe at Blade that I cut all the parts for my folders by hand with an angle grinder!! But I've always done my own thing and copied none!!!!!

They say imatation is the purest form of flattery but you really need to be up to the task!!

Don't flatter yourself Tim, I'd quit making knives before I'd copy anything of yours.
I haven't knocked you or your work and would expect the same in return. When you get a patent on some file work or the english language let me know.

Cool man quit copying my listings word for word and quit copying my filework and learn how to grind both sides the same! You know sanding the blend line fools a lot of people but your plunge lines tell a huge tale! you know if your right handed you should start with the left... might help - can't hurt!
Here's one before you decided this was your brainstorm this pic is a couple of years old

Look familiar?!?!

You show me a listing that I made that is word for word listing where I copied yours and I'll gladly delete it.
I'm done with this nonsense, you make your knifes however you want and I'll do the same.
And no that file work doesn't look familiar. I've never ran some of the spines forward and some to the rear and don't plan to.
Best wishes!

Just one more note since the patent thing was brought up - you cant patent a blade shape or design. Instead we work on an honor system> that being said I'm A PROUD VOTING MEMBER OF THE KNIFEMAKERS' GUILD, THE PROFFESSIONAL KNIFEMAKERS ASSOCIATION AND THE TEXAS KNIFEMAKERS GUILD

Chops,

I'm a knife junky and view all of the posts in classifieds and this section. Mike uses a cell phone to take his pics on paper towels. All of the makers have very similar file work. And he certainly doesn't word his posts like you do along with professional quality pics and staging.

I respect your work a great deal Chops but I think you are over reaching here. JMO.

Ha! Ha! We take pics on a digital camera in the front yard so ALL of our knives are way purdier in person. And as far Dink diggler you know everyone knows Mike buys his sheaths from you so shove off matey! And since you do not make any sheaths for me I think this is VERY bad form for you to troll my listings and would ask that cease! Especially since ALL of our sheaths are handstitched you know with a needle threaded by hand not a bobbin!!

Act like an adult Tim.

Yes Mike does have me do some of his sheaths. What does that matter? And they are also sewn by hand. I don't own a machine, but thanks for the complement. Yall come over and I'll show you how to do it.
Again, very poor form from someone who thinks so highly of himself. If you're not careful you're gonna knock the wind out of yourself patting your own back, matey.

Hey Pitchfork Predator I do respect what your saying but I have watched Mike copy my filework and my listings and have been bashed by him several times so this storm has been a brewin for quite sometime. I will not back down to a bully and will not tolerate any hacks trying to tell me what to do. The fact that he posts a knifemaking tutorial when he can't hollowgrind a knife is a little unsettling to say the least. I'm not trying to say I am better than Mike I am saying that I have ran the Gauntlet, I have had my work critiqued by the BEST knifemakers in the world.

Again Dirk you are Mike's sheathmaker I guess you don't see a conflict of interest there?!?! For this and after watching you bump Mike's posts over and over I once again ask that you act like an adult and quit trolling my thread
