A friend just ask me a ? I couldn't answer. He has old mossburg 410 with what I think is called a Pollychoke.
He wants to know if he can shoot slugs out of it?

I think Mossberg called them a C-Lect choke setup. If so, these have slits the inside length of the choke. They are notorious for plugging the works up when they shave bits off the passing lead slug. The choke can be turned down to the improved cylinder setting for slug work if there is not a slug mark setting on the choke itself.
