Hmm, 5 sheets of paper weighs just under one ounce. 95 pounds is 1520 ounces times 5 sheets of paper for every ounce is 7600 sheets of paper to make up 95 pounds. So if every sheet is a form4 at $200 a pop that is $1,520,000. If my math is right, which it might not be because that seems ludicrous, that is insane. The government will never remove the tax stamp requirement for NFA items if they make 1.5M off one shipment from one business. Of course that weight also includes the boxes and I guess the trusts as well so probably not 1.5M but that is still an insane amount of money they make off one shipment of form4's from one business.

Yeah, it's a pretty significant source of income. I suppose one nice thing though is that the money doesn't just go straight into the ATF's budget, it's instead put into the general fund.
