Which size do you prefer for hunting? Thanks in advance.

I like larger sized sight housing and matching peep sight for hunting, gives a bigger field of view and more light through than small ring and peep.

Choose a sight with a housing size you like then peep sight sized so you can see the housing ring barely but fully in the circle of the peep. Then adjust sight pins so when the 2 rings made up of the housing centered in the peep are aligned your pins are on at the determined yardage. The eye centers 2 circles real easy and that in your mind becomes like a tube you are looking through.

That works for me anyway YMMV

Good advice.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.
