I used to hunt Granger. There lots of hogs if a guy wants to work a bit. I used 5gallon bucket feeders. Used to hunt edges of flooded fields. That was the best pattern to catch them during daylight. In the heat of summer they will bed up in the middle of flooded fields. You could catch them moving mid day if you found the right spot.
I hear Lake Sumerville is similar

Lake Lavon has some hog hunting opportunities but you have to bow or shotgun hunt there.
