I did not tell her I was having the buck mounted for her. She thought it was going to be a European mount like the last two. But I thought, what the heck, it was the first deer we had taken on our small property in Eastland. She made a 203 yard shot with her 45 year old 30-6 and the buck never took a step. I do love her so.....even when she out shoots me.
