I remember doing a science project years ago on a reflective material that sits over insulation in the attic to deflect heat from the outside in the summer and retain heat from the inside during the winter. I thought I'd put my science project to the test. I had a roll of reflective insulation and some chem tape.....a little measuring and cutting and I now have a "shield" for my Coleman Extreme 120qt. It fits snug enough that it won't be blown off by the wind and comes off like a prom queen's---you get the idea. It will be put to the test this coming weekend at our state softball tournament. If my memory serves me: the reflective shield kept the temperature much cooler back in the 4th grade.
