I have tried Midway, Double Tap and various local gun shops around the DFW. Any other suggestions that carry hard to find ammunition.

Ammotogo has 140 Rem listed as in stock.

Check Canela's saw some in Allen Monday. They have Remington, HSM and Nosler online

Ammospy.net has several brands but I didn't check to see if they were all in stock.

I can load any bullet you like in the 264 WM. I also now have Winchester brass, instead of the more expensive Nosler brass.

Personally, if I didn't reload myself, it wouldn't take but one or two boxes of store-bought ammo to go with Chad's reloads. I haven't used him myself but, he has ALWAYS responded to questions I've sent him in a clear and precise manner. He's one of the 'good guys' you hear about.
I'm glad you saved his contact information. Get in touch with him as I believe he'll do more than just crank out a load for you.

Not only that he can make custom reloads for you, he would help me out with any PM questions I may have and advices on the forum.
