Anyone own one? I am considering getting one so I can use electric mode to sneak around for my thermal hog hunts and then have a gas back-up in case the batteries get low or want a little more power.
Would like some input or reviews if anyone owns one....thanks!

I have a 2005 Bad Boy Buggy that is still running, newer models are a lot better and there is a hybrid (gas and electric). And a HuntVe (can't remember year, bought from a member). If you want sneak go with electric. I have snuck up to within 50 feet of hogs and actually chased a few when no gun was handy.
I can't really review any of the newer models as I bought both of mine used, but I would check out both of the brands. There are pros/cons to electric but they beat anything else on quiet and can do some "heavy lifting". I rarely take my truck out and then it is for comfort not chores. If I need something to do heavier lifting I take the tractor.
There is one major "con" for both - finding a repair service, it can be difficult. I have found one each that are great for service and both are dealers as well. There will be sticker shock when you have to buy batteries, but . . . trade off. The only time I have ever been stranded is when not paying attention to the blinking light.
HuntVe - Metro Golf Carts in Ft. Worth (817) 921-5491 Bad Boy Buggy - Mike's Motor Toys in Rockwall (972) 772-8697

Which ones are you looking at? Mostly considering the Bad Boy Buggy, but have also heard of the HuntVe, and I think they have a Hybrid Ranger out now. I open to any of them...

I don't have one, but have been watching them pretty intently as well. I have an electric buggy now, and would love the option of a gas motor for the long-distance travel, then switch to electric for the final approach. The only thing I don't like about my current buggy is the limited range.
One more option that I found is the American Sportworks Land Master 650H. It is on the smaller side, but fairly economical compared to the other options and built in the USA. I do question their build quality a little. Haven't been able to find many reviews on them yet.
