I am having to sell my 17 ft fiberglass canoe. I am moving, and I can't bring it with me. Very sentimental, but it is time to say good bye.
I've had a lot of good hunts in this canoe. It is 3 ft wide, so it holds a lot of gear, and doesn't tip. Easily fits 2 regular sized guys, their gear, and a dog. It has a lot of freeboard, handles well in all weather. I have hunted from the canoe, used it as transportation to hunting spots, and also just great for play. You can pull your dog back into the canoe without worry of it tipping.
It has no leaks, no cracks, no problems floating. It is light enough 1 guy CAN lift it onto the top of a truck (but I don't recommend it, it is awkward). Drags easily, and easy to hide it in any vegetation.
Camo'd it myself around 2003, and the paint has held up great. Just normal wear from 13 years of hunting pleasure.
Included will be 1 paddle and 1 life vest. I also have the padded 2x4's/rope used to put it on my truck with a camper shell if you need them.
