I have picked up 2400 acres in Fort McKavett area and looking for 2 members. Will be total of 3 members with a couple of guest coming thru on some hunts I have sold.

Cost per year is $5200 dollars per year
This will cover the below
1 buck of choice, Trophy Whitetail
2 mature culls, Whitetail
2 Does whitetail
Unlimited hogs and predators
Unlimited Dove hunts
Insurance
Electricity
Protein and corn


We will have our own camp, with central heat and air, satellite TV, Walk in cooler, skinning shed, covered fire pit with chairs, full working kitchen
Will have 10 stands set up with shoot house and feeders. guest on limited basis. Encouraged to bring kids. Not a party lease but we will have a good time.

I will need 1/2 payment by July 1 to hold spot and remainder will need to be paid by August 15.

Great Country, I leased some property from the McGowens about 20yrs ago loaded with deer and turkey

This is from same family. Just need a few members or sale a few hunts to offset the expense.

If someone is looking for a weekend for 2-3 people for deer hunting let me know. We can work it out.

So it's a season lease, but you day hunt it as well?

Season lease but I have sold 2 hunts to friends. I have been allotted a number of critters and trying to sale Memberships or a few hunts to offset the cost. I don't get members I will sale more hunts. I get members no more paid hunts. Are you interested?
