So, after all this rain, I'm thoroughly convinced it is time for some mud flaps on my Polaris Ranger.

Any of you have them on yours? Store bought or custom made?

Particularly interested in getting them for the front wheels.

I would think some hardened flaps will have to be what works... anything loose like traditional flaps will get torn off the first set of hog ruts... not 100% though

Twinbubba - I don't think I'm gonna go that route...everyone knows that if you already have spinner on your wheels, an eight ball for the gear shifter, and zebra striped velvet on the dash, you don't go with the fuzzy dice! That's just tacky!! grin

Might look into wide fender wells. thin flaps would definitely be gone on the first drive.

LOL!

What a great comeback.

I was just kidding, I know where you are coming from. Last spring I put some wider Essex tires on my

Rhino and I am slinging mud all down both sides now.

A friend took regular tractor mud flaps purchased from Napa and bolted them along his fenders. This was after the first trip to a mudhole after oversized tires. I will try to get a picture of it posted. Until you really look you don't even notice it but, it's on a 4 wheeler not a side by side.

A friend of mine took rubber base and fasten them to the side of the fenders with pop rivets, stuck out about 4" wider and stopped a lot of mud slinging.
