Haven't heard mu confused2 sch from Udaman or Sallysue but it has to be getting close to starting our annual "countdown" till Dove season

Our countdown is 18 days later than y'all's. But I just secured my first dove lease! 6500 acres, only 40 minutes from home. Can't wait!!

It's looking good here, and with late wheat harvest and buggy rotten corn, that will help even more. Bad years for crops usually mean good years for birds

Nice!! I'd love to find somewhere like that to hunt!! Spots for dove here in Oklahoma are far and few between unless I want to watch other hunters walk the fields in WMA's.
