Wife and I drove to Carbon last night for fish and discovered that the party is over. Locked up with a paper sign on the door. Looks like they shut off the lights, put a sign on the window, locked the door and GONE.

Was a good place to eat.

You sure you want to poach on our place?

harder and harder for the independent restaurants to survive these days, too bad, the chains with their crappy food have taken over

Too bad. Been there several times. What's left in Carbon beside Carbon Ag?
