Got 50# in casings today. Going to ferment tonight in the garage and on the smoker tomorrow!

Looks great. Try making egg McMuffins with some of the summer sausage. You can cook your egg in the microwave and proceed from there

Thanks Don. I did a mix of pork butt and brisket on this run. Pretty typical seasonings SPG, mustard seed, coriander, caraway, oregano, paprika.
