Here's what we had for supper. We bought a a spiralizer. It's one of those things that takes vegetables and turns them into spaghetti. Tonight is our cooked meal and was our only meat serving for today. We started eating raw for 1 to 2 meals a day. I took ground meat, onions and browned them, added mushrooms a saute'd them. I then added a jar of spaghetti sauce. The Zoodles were saute'd in olive oil for a couple of minutes to warm them. For breadsticks, we had baked green beans.

back when we used to eat housecats we marinated them in louisiana hot sauce and soy sauce then season them with lemon pepper........then onto the grill slow cooking them 3 hours........excellent folded in tortillas and pico de gallo----Newgulf

Yesterday, we had Zoodles with pesto sauce.

Pesto was very easy to make.

Spinach, almonds, olive oil and garlic blended smooth

My wife and I are eating low GI so we've been doing zoodles a lot. My favorite is with a homemade sauce of onions, tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil with ground turkey.

Not sure of the brand, I bought a cheap handheld one from HEB to make sure we'd eat the zoodles. Now that I know, when that one's done I'll buy the one to attach to my KitchenAid.
