Lets say it works, and you can instantly change your 0 to 2500 yards but you are shooting 2700. What in the world kinda ballistics calculator would you use to make the adjustments

Same one.
You look at the difference in Mils from one target distance to the other, and add appropriately.

Hmmm, wonder how you reconfigure each of those 'snap ons' for different loads....or other picky stuff like temp., barometric pressure, humidity, etc.? Might as well just have a 2500 yard BDC, JG would be tickled pink!

P_102 Nikon would soil themselves with excitement over a potential new market for their BDC scopes.

Guess he forgot about the mil turrets that do the same thing for just about any range I want to dial. Doubt they will be at the show next year!
Meanwhile I will be at the range trying to shoot 1000 with a Eotech equipped 5.56 carbine......

And the same guy as a kid who told all his classmates about the 21 point whitetail he shot at 709 yards away, free handed with a 22. I mean I it was a 22 mag so it's not like it is t totally u believable.
