I have a Taurus I need to get fixed. I want to ship it back to the factory, who can ship it to them for me?

You can, and they can ship it directly back to you.
Contact them, get them to send you a shipping label (or address if they won't pay for shipping), and drop it off at your local UPS or FedEx hub (not franchise). If they don't send you a label, you'll have to pay for shipping it by air, which'll run you $50-$80.

I had a Taurus I had to send in for warranty work. I bought the pistol at Academy and did all the warranty work through them. They shipped it to Taurus and when Taurus sent it back they called me to come get it. Pretty painless. You might want to check with who you bought it from to see if they can help you.

I brought it to Gun Zone here in Mesquite and they fixed it for $40. While I was in there a guy was giving away some 40 ammo. He gave me 100 rounds of Winchester FMJ and a 50 round box of Federal JHP. I think I came out pretty good on this one without having to send it to the factory.
