I have a 671 acre lease just south east of the Alabama Coushatta Indian reservation that has 1 opening. Guy backed out at the last minute. It will have 5 total memberships. This is a family lease. We allow 5 deer per membership. 2 trophy bucks(13 inch or better per county rules) -1 spike/cull buck(per county rules)and 2 doe's. Wife and children may hunt but children under 14 must be with an adult. We do not allow alcohol on the lease. This is a family atmosphere and we want to keep our kids and grandkids safe. Trucks can access some parts of the lease, but a 4 wheeler or UTV will make your hunt much easier. You must supply you own feeders. There are a few open stands available , but we encourage you to bring at least 1. There is several creek bottoms on the lease so there is always cover and water to keep the deer present. I can send pictures by phone of a few of the deer taken and of some really nice bucks that we have gotten on camera if you are interested. Thanks Paul

Good evening Paul, how much are you asking for the lease?

No worries. I am interested in the spot. That's a fair price and not too far to drive. Does the lease have a camp or any type of amenities; ie water, electric. And would this be year round access? I have a small camper, 4wheeler, stand and feeders.
