This is my second season to turkey hunt. Last year was a learning experience for me but I ended the season with never taking a bird. This year I ended up with a Jake in the second week of the season and the 3rd week I got this Tom. Most of the time I am only able to hunt public land, but on this week a guy I work with offered a chance to hunt his nearly 1000 acre ranch. I only had a couple of hours to hunt then I had to get back home and get ready for my niece's birthday party.

Here is a video from my hunt. After I took the shot the other Toms stuck around so I sat and watched for a few minutes.

Lol the Gopro makes everything seem so far away. The shot was only about 20-25 yards. This year I definitely got hooked on turkey hunting.
