I have my muffs on in the pics. I had them on while scouting the property, not for sound, but to keep the fricking buffalo gnats out of my ears! Holy moly they are bad this year. Scanned the area of the game camera before checking. Nothing. Checked the camera and turned to check a new rubbing post to see if it was being used and there was a hog at it and one disappearing in the woods. As soon as I saw the hog at the post, he took off as well. Fortunately, he gave me another opportunity. The Berger VLD-Hunting has continued to overpenetrate and create extensive amounts of soft tissue damage. It is hell on hogs.

Yeah, they are so stuffed with hog meat that they don't bother with the deer, LOL. This pic is about 100 yards from my bone yard and was taken about 10 hours after I cut up the hog in the video there...

I know you don't shoot them but have you heard any reviews on the Hornady 6.8 110 American gunner on hogs?
