Looks like I will have my daughter as a hunting partner many times this summer. She isn't a fan of the tree stand. So I need a decent 2 person popup blind and am looking for suggestions.

I figure a minimum footprint of 54x54 as we will put in a small table to use as a rifle shooting rest. We will be hunting primarily in one direction. The blind will be set up inside the tree line and will be largely shaded and shielded from high winds.

Anybody have any suggested on a particular make or model they like or models to stay away from?

Thanks!

I use the Primos Eclipse. Comfortable for me and my daughter and doesn't break the bank. I have had mine about 3 years and still working good.

I have one you can borrow and see how it works for you before you buy. My son and I have hunted out of it together before.

Double bulls are my favorite. Rhino blinds would be a close second.

Primos Double Bull Double Wide gets my vote. I haven't tried them all, but it's the best I have tried.

Gander Mountain has had their Ameristep blinds on clearance sale. I have 3 that my son and I use for bowhunting out of together. The material is a little heavier than cheaper expanding band models. Primos Double Bull though is the 'cadillac' IMO but real expensive.

I have the Primos Eclipse and the Ameristep both have worked well for me. The one thing I do look for is the hieght of the blind needs to be 70" or better.
