2600 acre year round lease outside of Eden TX. We have 4 spots on a 6 gun/bow lease. Thats 430 acres per gun. This is a year round lease.
Camp has trailer hookups but no house you will need a trailer. Roads are good except for one area that crosses a wheat field. UTV's are allowed. This is a kid friendly lease and guests are allowed. Drinking is fine but full blown partying is not happening on this lease. There is a gun range, large wheat fields and water troughs on the ranch.
Best buck I have seen taken is a 162" a few years ago when this was part of a larger lease. Great deer,dove,turkey and the axis show up once the wheat comes up.
$5000 per gun.
