Pulled my November 8 point out of the ground yesterday, and it looks great! Has some roots and dirt in it, but the Earth and her bugs did a good job of taking everything off; it's clean. Now, should I spray off the dirty and pull out the roots, or do something else? After that, what do I use for in depth cleaning/whitening. Thanks for the help!

-I would hose it off the best you can.

-Then stick it in a bucket with some dish soap and a fish tank heater for a week or so until the skull looks clean and white (maybe change the water a time or two).
-Next go to sally's beauty supply and get some 40 volume cream developer hair bleach. Smear it all over the skull then wrap in saran wrap and leave it for a day or two.
-Then rinse it off and you are finished.

40 Volume developer

Okie dokey.
Also, our Club Treasurer has done two of his own euros so I may take it over to his place and work on it with him.

Thank you!

You got a pic of how "clean" it is minus the dirt? I left one buried for 2 years and it still had skin attached. Ended up having to boil it anyways. I spray painted mine white. With it amongst to others, you can't tell the difference between spray paint and the professional jobs. That being said, I will never boil another head, I have no issue paying $100 for somebody else to do it.
