Any place in N. Tx. to hunt prairie dogs. I have never shot them and would like to try it sometime.

Good luck finding someone to tell you where to find them. Seems most of the places have been hit hard by the plague recently and the numbers are really low.

There's no shortage of them in Colorado. You can find them along the roadsides east and north of Denver.

There was a prairie dog town in Sutton County off of 1674 between I-10 and Fort McKavett about 10 or 12 years ago. It disappeared. Don't know if they died or relocated, but was cool to drive by and see.
