I took the camera and got out of the house each morning pre daylight to see what was moving around. I took some long distance very low light photos that are poor quality. I'll post a few of a group of Axis that I found as well as a doe that's likely carrying twins. My wife took some photos of the wildflowers that are still hanging on! You are correct, I'm sure axis would be a hit in Louisiana. I took the Axis photos from a county road and I don't have permission to hunt or even be on the property so I just shot them with a camera from a long distance.
