More often than not somebody gets on the internet to bash a company over a bad experience. I just wanted to say I sent my Hellfire in because the remote was turning off sometimes when I hit mute. Scott, who spoke English (not Engrish), and was located in Pennsylvania, 'Merica took my order and responded via email to let me know they had my call, estimated how long to get it back to me, and made sure it was covered under warranty. Got it back good as new. I'm not sponsored, affiliated, nor do I know anybody there and I could just as easily have bought another brand. Just wanted to share my experience.
